Understanding
the Root Causes
of Long-Term
Health Challenges
Exploring patterns in chronic pain, trauma exposure, and autoimmune conditions to uncover root drivers of long-term health.

If you live with Chronic Pain, I’d value your input. Chronic pain affects far more than the body. It can impact energy, sleep, mood, work, relationships, and daily life, yet many people still feel overlooked or unsupported.

I’m gathering feedback to better understand the real challenges people are facing, what they have already tried, what has or has not helped, and what kinds of support feel most meaningful.

This short survey takes about 3 to 5 minutes. Most questions are multiple choice, and you can skip any question. Your responses will help shape future education, resources, and support for people living with chronic pain. Please click below..

If you work or have worked in EMS, Fire, Law Enforcement, Dispatch, Flight Medicine, Nursing, Emergency Care, the Military, or another First Responder role, I’d value your feedback.

I’m collecting responses from first responders and trauma-exposed professionals to better understand the real-world stress, health challenges, and support needs that often go unseen. (You may also additionally complete the Chronic Pain survey if applies).

This anonymous survey takes 2 minutes. Most questions are multiple choice. This will build better education and support for the people who spend their lives showing up for others. Please click here..

Our Story:

Clear Origin Health was built from a deep commitment to uncover what truly drives chronic illness—beyond symptoms, into root cause.

After decades working in high-acuity medical environments as an midwife, emergency and flight medical provider, I saw firsthand how often care stops at symptom management—especially for those living with chronic pain, trauma exposure, and complex autoimmune conditions. At the same time, I am currently advancing my training through a doctorate in Functional, Botanical, and Nutritional Medicine, further deepening my ability to understand and address these patterns at their root.

Navigating my own health challenges with HEDS and MS has also shaped this work, giving me a deeper perspective on how these patterns develop and why they’re so often missed.

This work is about connecting those patterns, asking better questions, and helping others finally understand what their body has been trying to say all along.
